Stayed in room 3302. Entrance to the building was under Earls kitchen exhaust and next to the staff entrance. Not a pleasant experience especially paying top dollar. Staff were great and location is amazing. Fire alarm went off every night.

The staff were not that welcoming. The elevator didn’t was out of service, so we had to go through a literal labyrinth to find the elevator that worked to get to our room. The room was fine, it did the job.

I had to re-make the bed as the fitted sheet was put on incorrectly and forced into the wrong position. The toilet overflowed so I had to call maintenance to fix it. Other than that it was ok.

Good location, just a 6 min walk to the gondola (no problem with ski boots), and easy access to other places. Friendly staff, clean room, complete cutlery, bowls, plates, pots and pan. Just small things… we booked for 3 ppl but only 2 chairs, so one of us has to sit on the bed for meals; the bathroom door is so tight that it makes a loud noise when opening and closing. Parking was a bit confusing with the app. Not user-friendly, and no daily rate, so I have to set my alarm to remind me to pay. A bit noisy at night (some party ppl), might need earbuds. Overall, my family is happy with the place.

The staff were amazing and kind, but the room was incredibly disappointing. Both the bathroom and bedroom were clean but messy. The bed was poorly made and extremely uncomfortable. The pillows and mattress were extremely hard and scratchy. The heating in the bedroom almost cooked us inside, and there was no way to turn it down. The hotel is a maze to get into, and we got lost multiple times. We won't be coming back.
