Nice place to stay in great location

Nice place to stay right in Whistler Village. The price of the room was good, but don't forget about resort fees and parking fees. Even with those the price was still good for Whistler. Our room had an air conditioning unit where the intake tube had fallen away from the window. We called the front desk and they immediately had maintenance come fix it. Front desk was friendly and so was the maintenance guy that came out to fix the air conditioning.

Good value but don’t expect full service

Good value in a pretty good location but basically a no service/ self service offering. Layout is a little odd and facilities limited but bed comfortable and did the job it needed to do. Paid for late checkout but reception wasn’t aware. A bit unprofessional.

I like that the room is generally clean. The facilities are old and the water tap keeps leaking. Room is not sound proof, you can even hear your next door neighbor peeing, no kidding! The water in the hot tub is dirty, gym facilities are old and basic. I guess you get what you pay for. The location is near to the blackcomb gondola.

Best Place Ever!!

Clean and Friendly Staff! Close to the Lifts, and very nice location in the Whistler Village. Kitchen and Bathroom worked perfect for my 4 night stay. The Bed was fantastic and soft. The TV was good, could use free movies at least. Lol.. But the A/C during these Hot Summers helped a lot too! Thank you so much! Looking forward to booking you guys next year or sooner!!
