Easy ski weekend

Overall very easy and cozy experience. Had most of the basics but phone in room didn’t work. Gas fireplace stopped working but they quickly sent someone to fix it! Would stay again!

Room was nice Building wing Elevator cab, entry lobby and entry area was unpleasant. Located next to a service entrance below a mechanical service vent from the restaurant kitchen it detracted from experience.

The property is very loud, you can hear everything from other rooms, people moving things around, walking, doing stuff in other rooms. Walls are very thin, so are floors. Mattress is uncomfortable, pillows when removing the pillow covers were all stained yellow, pretty disgusting. If you want a quiet, restful sleep after a day of skiing this is definitely NOT the place.

Disappointing Experience: Lack of Maintenance and Unpleasant Surroundings"

Overall, although the hotel doesn't appear to be an old construction, it lacks maintenance and thorough cleaning in all its common areas. Our room was located beside the main building and had access through the street, which connects directly to a restaurant's backhouse. This access is cluttered with furniture or supplies from the restaurant, and the smell was unbearable every time we passed through. Our room also lacked proper maintenance and, above all, it was hot despite the cold temperature outside. We couldn't make the room cool no matter what we tried. Two technicians came to check but couldn't resolve the issue. I wasn't expecting the Ritz, but I did expect something acceptable. This place can negatively impact your travel experience. Vacasa should pay more attention to details; even the elevator buttons are covered in black grease. I do not recommend it.

We came here for a 3 night ski trip and were very pleased with the stay. The kitchen was very handy as we don’t have to spend too much money eating breakfast outside. Grocery is also nearby and very convenient. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect Location

We stayed here for a short ski weekend in Whistler! It was the perfect location! Most importantly it is a short walk to the village and gondola. The room itself was well stocked, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The dryer was a great feature to dry clothes/things after a long day on the slopes! It was quiet and the staff at check-in were incredibly kind and helpful. This unit does involve a small but manageable walk to the parking garage, so definitely unload your equipment/luggage before parking. Also, just note that parking is not included and you will have to pay through the app for that separately. We would recommend and would also stay again.
