Once the childhood home of the current owner, it’s filled with nostalgic treasures like a traditional butter churner and a vintage charcoal-heated iron, adding character to the cosy interiors. The lounge is centred around a wood-burning stove, creating a warm and inviting space to relax. It flows into the dining area, perfect for sharing meals by the fire’s glow. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances and a breakfast bar for leisurely mornings. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath is also located on the ground floor.

A short drive will take you to the picturesque fishing villages of Staithes, Robin Hood’s Bay, and Runswick Bay, each offering dramatic cliffs, rock pools, and fossil hunting opportunities. These historic villages are perfect for leisurely coastal strolls, enjoying local seafood, or simply soaking in the scenery. The area’s rich maritime history, with tales of smugglers and shipwrecks, adds an extra layer of intrigue to your visit.
