Robin Hood’s Bay is an unspoilt village nestling on the cliffs of the North York Moors National Park heritage coast and has a history of fishing and smuggling. The village is a mix of cobbled narrow streets and alleyways with individual shops, tearooms and several pubs and restaurants serving good food all within walking distance. There is a lovely beach where you can enjoy fossil hunting and rock pooling all right on your doorstep.
