Not a good experience
Arrived on Saturday morning to find out given incorrect key code, unable to access property. Tried calling several times on numbers provided and unable to get through. Text the mobile number provided and took 26 hours to get a reply. Luckily Evie from the Whitby office phoned for a courtesy call and brought us the spare master keys to access to property.
We found only 3 towels had been provided for a family of 4, emailed Evie Saturday regarding this and never received any reply.
Unable to wash the towels on Sunday to find the washer full of mould and a very bad smell inside so we were unable to do any washing.
Called by the office on Monday morning to drop off the keys and again inform them about the towels along with mentioning the unclean wardrobes and disgusting washing machine full of mould. We requested the cleaner to come by and clean the wardrobes, washing machine and bring 4 new towels. Was Informed they would contact the owner asap to sort this all out.
Midday upon return to the property, no one had been. I then noticed In the welcome pack in the property, there was a contact number for Ruth at Top Host Property. I phone Ruth and was informed that Sykes had not contacted her or passed on the issues. Informed her of the issues and promised it the cleaner would call by that day. Returned back in the evening to find nothing had been done, no one had even been. Tried calling Ruth back but unable to reach her. My photos exceed size limit so unable to upload.
