Demeter House - a holiday cottage that sleeps 7 guests in 4 bedrooms
Entering this spacious holiday home, you gain a real nautical feel of being beside the sea! The ground floor has a large hallway which provides ample storage for coats and shoes. There is also a useful utility room with washer and dryer for guests use. The first of four bedrooms is also located on the ground floor with a double bed and separate downstairs wc.
Set on the first floor is the open plan kitchen and dining area, which is spacious and welcoming with everything you need for cooking up a treat and gathering around the large dining table. The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave and coffee machine - ideal for that perfect morning coffee!
Again, on the first floor is the sitting room, which has been stylishly furnished with plenty of space to relax and catch up on the days adventures. Interesting nautical artefacts make good talking points and there's a Smart TV too for movie nights! You will also find a family bathroom on this level with a shower over bath and wc.
The second floor is home to three further bedrooms, one twin, one single and a king bedroom which has an ensuite with shower and wc.
The garden is accessed from the utility room on the ground floor. With a spacious courtyard and seating for al fresco dining. The garage is available to store bikes should you wish to bring them along to explore the coastline on 2 wheels.
Parking is on the driveway at the front of the property.
