Set within the impressive Metropole Towers, this first-floor apartment is easily accessed via a lift and boasts two private balconies with outdoor seating, where you can relax and take in the fresh sea air and breathtaking views of the coastline.

Inside, the spacious open-plan living area features large bay windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase sweeping views over the sea and Whitby’s dramatic cliffs. The design perfectly balances period character with modern luxury.

Whitby is a beautiful old fishing town steeped in history, with its cobbled streets and Abbey.

Metrapole Towers is set on the West Cliff just a very short walk down to the beach.

It is a very short walk from all the main attractions, restaurants, shops, amusements, swimming pool and theatre.

Easy access to the stunning North York moors and other lovely fishing villages.

Lift access to the whole 1st floor apartment.

The kitchen has everything you could wish for, its ideal for family get togethers with a large oven and hob, coffee maker microwave, dishwasher etc plus a balcony to sit out on.

The spacious living room and lounge have sea views all round plus plenty of seating and dinning fro everyone, there is a games console and DVD player plus large smart TV.

There is a king size bedroom with en suite shower room and a balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. The queen size bedroom again has its own balcony or sit in bed and enjoy watching the sunrise on a morning over the sea.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 double size sofa beds of the highest quality to ensure a good nights sleep, so can sleep 4 people in there or use it as a 2nd lounge.

There is a separate office with desk and office chair for anyone needing to work while away from home.

Also a separate utility room with sink for washing off the sand from the beach, plus a washer and dryer.

Off street parking is first come first served or we leave parking cards out for use in season.
