You’ll have the entire property to yourself, including the spacious house, outdoor games room, private hot-water shower, large firepit, beautifully landscaped gardens, and lush lawns—all just steps from the beach.

With plenty of room inside and out, this property is ideal for groups, offering space for everyone to relax, unwind, and enjoy a luxurious beachside getaway.


Three Levels of Spacious Living:

Ground Floor: Open-plan living area with a huge fireplace, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring Miele appliances and 2 ovens. Stacking sliding doors open onto a wide deck which steps onto landscaped gardens.

Upstairs: A second lounge with board games, books, and a reading nook. Two large bedrooms: one with a queen bed and stunning water views, and another with five single beds (including two king singles).

Downstairs: Three generous bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms. The primary suite includes a daybed and ensuite with a freestanding bath. The other two bedrooms feature queen beds and water glimpses.


Outdoor Spaces:

✓ Outdoor Dining and Wide Wrap-around Deck: Accessible from the kitchen and living area, perfect for meals and drinks.
