The house was verry outdated. Cob Webs were every where, carpet need to be changed, Furniture need to be updated, Mildew smell thru out the home. Went and bought some sheets and pillow cases. Did not want to sleep on the linens. No wash cloths. Lights don't work.

Cozy Ski Get Away

This place was great for our family ski trip. It's right down the street from Jack Frost and only 20ish minutes from Big Boulder. The house was very clean when we got there. Every question or concern we had was answered within an hour or two. We would definitely stay here again!

Really cant say anything good about this place. Upon first arrival the heat was on. "Yes in middle of July the heat was on". The listing said the house has AC..... well yes the living room has AC, all the other rooms have floor fans. The upstairs bathroom toilets handle just fell off. The house had a bunch of random clothing laying around under beds and couches.so i wonder if the bed sheets were even cleaned. The list goes on, just didn't have a great experience with this rental company.

The layout of the cabin is really odd. The kitchen/living room is very cramped. The only access to one of the upstairs bedrooms is through the other bedroom. The biggest issue we had was with the heat on the first floor. It would not shut off. The thermostat seems to be broken.

Mountain Weekend

Great location for skiing and tubing at Jack Frost and Big Boulder. Recieved quick responses from the host. Listening shows an indoor & outdoor pool which is not accurate.

NOT PRISTINE!!!!

This property is in a very desirable location and that's all I can say that is positive about our stay. Talk about over promise and under deliver, this property is the best example, as from the get go, the pictures show a lakeside view and clean interior as well , neither one was true. We had to call the property manager to report a disgusting non working dishwasher, that was replaced while we were making breakfast, I have to commend George the handyman as he was referred to as doing a very good job considering it was Thanksgiving Eve. We were also given the wrong WiFi instructions, the Washer and Dryer were also non working and in disrepair, both toilets had to be rebuilt because they were not working upon our arrival as well. The property manager is definitely inept, incompetent and less then HONEST... I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and possible small claims court. Family outing

The house was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped only offering plates, cups etc. for four to six people when the house sleeps so many more. One of the bar stools was broken. Still, I would not discourage anyone from booking this property.
