No stairs from car to house. Enjoy 2 full baths, washer/dryer, WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, blender, mixer, spices, and more. Lower level features a game room with pool table, TV, PS3, office area, and printer. Outside, unwind on the patio with tables, a charcoal grill, fire pit, and burn barrel. Camp in the yard and enjoy the sounds of Long Run Creek. Some housekeeping items for primary guest rental; We require primary guest renting to be 25 years old (or active duty military if under 25 years old, proof of military status will be required ). Also, at time of booking, a valid photo ID of the primary guest renting must be submitted along with the name(s) and age(s) of all guests staying in the residence, and number of cars that require parking.
