Rude staff. No coffee. Was being ignored while waiting for desk clerk. If I could give it a zero I would. No microwave in the room. Or, refrigerator. Had to go to the office to use a microwave and the ice machine was empty.

I’d never traveled to NY and had traveled all the way from the city. The drive was rude and it triggered my asthma. The lady at the front desk was very kind concerned, offered me water, was able to get me in my rm right away so that I could rest. Beds were very comfortable it was clean quiet and affordable. I’m a woman and was traveling alone I felt extremely safe. I appreciate the kind staff so much and when I visit this will be my go to.
