Property managers we’re useless

The place was nice, in a great area, and concierge was wonderful. Front door was open when we first checked in. Not good for the owners!!!! It’s a huge building and could have been robbed. Pain in the butt management company. They sent forms to sign requested ID and CC images, which we sent. They then requested them again. Then requested a third time. I told them I was not filling out that form again so they sent a link to just submit ID and CC. THEN, they requested my husband’s ID and CC again. NO WAY!!! We threatened to cancel. Dryer didn’t dry the clothes, took ALL day!!No fab to get in gym, etc.No blanket for the pullout that they knew we were using. We requested one and it took them until the third day to bring it. Only five towels for 6 daysLiving room air conditioner made wheel of fortune clicking constantly.Twin beds instead of the queen posted in website. Parking was a nightmare. We had a memorial to go to and valet never brought our car. We ended up going to find it ourselves and took it. We were late for our own father’s memorial. Property managers need to explain parking to guests, since most of us don’t live in a busy place like NY. Dirty dishes.
