Great value. I’ve stayed here twice and felt relaxed and comfortable each time. The staff followed up on a question I had which I felt went above and beyond. I wish the pool had longer hours!

I went to buy a coffee in the lobby restaurant. I was told I had a $10 voucher by staff at the restaurant, otherwise I would not have paid $6.00 for a small cup of lukewarm bland coffee. Then at checkout, the charge was on my bill. When I pointed this out to the receptionist, he took the time to go into his computer and told me that the charge had been deleted. I just checked my bank balance and the charge has not been deleted. I recognize this is a small thing, but to be told twice that you are not being charged, only to then be charged, is annoying. And when I just called the hotel, I had to leave a message rather than speak to an individual.
