2 hours before check in we were informed that there was a problem with the thermostat and we couldn’t stay there, while they did have 2 other properties they could offer us, they didn’t work for us and when asked for our money back since we were not staying where we were supposed to the property manager ghosted us. I did get American Express involved and VRBO as well but the host and property manager completely ghosted us
