One must be aware that you are staying at a historical Inn - it's not a brand new, state of the art hotel. It has it's own character and charm. It was very clean and the folks at the front desk were very informative and accommodating.

This is a very old property. Rooms were very dated but clean and comfortable. Elevator was broken so we had to lug luggage up the stairs. Excellent loction to stay at if you are in town for a play at the theater which is just around the corner. Several restaurants nearby.

The hotel was an interesting old building with a lot of history. I wish I had the time to learn more about the building and the town. Would love to come back. It’s not fancy by today’s standards, but I can see where it was in its time. The staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Radiator air vent was bad and loudly hissing steam every time the heat turned on. Not great especially with two small kids. Combined with noise from the trains and plow we did not sleep much. It was a cool expierence, the staff was very nice.
