Air conditioned (HEPA filtered) bright ground level suite with private entry, close to beach, restaurants, trails, tennis courts, grocery store, mall, and bus route to Vancouver. Parking space included. Cozy 2 BR suite open plan with full kitchen, living room, dining area, in-suite laundry, 55" HD TV, cable and wi-fi. South facing yard with table and chairs and gazebo.
We are friendly and experienced hosts and can help with restaurants, tourist activities, and hidden gems in the area.
The space
The space is a 2 BR and has an electric fireplace in the living room and central air conditioning. In suite laundry.
We live in a great location with excellent walking trails and are only minutes to the beach and everything one might need on vacation or business stay. The bus to Vancouver stops about 50 feet from our door, providing easy access to the city for those without a vehicle.

Ground level suite with private entrance, separate from Main and Upper Floor by solid door. We respect our guest's privacy.
Other things to note
We are about 5-10 minutes drive from the Peace Arch and Pacific Highway border crossings, for those making the journey from the US.
Fantastic trails and park nearby for hiking and biking, tennis and other recreation. No pets please.
