Wasn't a horrible experience. Staff was friendly and efficient, just room had some issues. Old bed, dirty AC, leaky shower, decor needs updating as does the doors

Our room wasn’t terribly bad dirty wise, but the smell of smoke was horrible. My brother slept there as well. Their room was also not clean and smelled horrible like smoke as well and it’s supposed to be a non-smoking rooms.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Upon checkin for 3 rooms, 1 room reservation was not found. They did manage to find a last minute room, even though our Expedia confirmation showed the 3 rooms. Front desk called later and said it was a booking error. No, the booking was fine. It was a hotel error. It worked out in the end, but certainly one in our group could have been left with nowhere to sleep. Thankfully that didn’t happen!!

The fact that we could park right in front of our hotel door. The kitchenette made it so convenient and saved us so much money because we didn't have to eat out. The only problem I had was that I like to take baths and they're wasn't a plug for the bathtub
