I had booked a non-smoking room but the room I got reeked with smoke. Also the bed sheets were very old and full of lint, the bathroom door rubbed against the floor and wouldn't open more than half way, bathroom floors were also rough and dirty. The night was very hot in end July and the AC didn't work properly. It cooled the room a but but it was still hot. For the breakfast in the morning, there were very few items that were being offered and almost all of them were finished and not restocked. There were no eggs, not even coffee in the coffee maker. I waited for a few minutes but was getting last and had to leave. Overall it was a disappointing stay. I contacted the property directly to address my concerns but never got a response. Then through Expedia, again no response.

Bed was extremely hard, top of the desk had sticky spots, no cream rinse/empty bottle in the shower. Don’t look too close in the nooks and cranny’s, it’s dirty. Breakfast was sub par, instant coffee and only artificial creamer syrup available, no cream, hot breakfast looked very processed and wasn’t very hot, eggs were empty with no staff in site. The staff I dealt with were polite.

Will not choose this hotel next time

The fridge in our room is so rusty, and when I checked our bed I found some hair strand. Another thing that was disappointing was the breakfast part. When we came down at 8am, there’s not much food left. Even milk for cereal they ran out. Knowing that they serve breakfast from 5:30 to 10:30, it was really disappointing because we did not even come down last minute.

There was a smell of stale smoke in the room which we alerted the front desk who said”we will make sure the room gets a deep cleaning tomorrow “. So they didn’t opt to give us a new room. The sink area want clean or sanitary. Toothpaste splattered on the walls. The bedsheets definitely weren’t changed because they were very wrinkly and there was hair on the pillow. And I know it wasn’t mine because it was long and black and I have short brown hair. . The a/c was making a noise all night and made it hard to sleep. We’ve stayed at Days Inn’s before and never one as dirty and outdated as this one. Very disappointing
