The check-in process seemed to take forever even after completing the pre check-in that was sent. There was no soap or toiletries upon check-in.

There were blood stains and a pen stain on the sheets. The room had a nasty smell. Overall the room felt very dirty. I talked to the man at the desk and he said there was nothing he could do because I prepaid through Expedia.

Cleanliness was exceptional. Breakfast was good for what it was, and a nice surprise that it was open until 10, not 9 like it says on the hotels.com app. Micro is an appropriate description of the room. Far too small for a family of 4 with 2 teens. But, it was very clean and good value for the money.

The stay was good in all the surveyed areas. The breakfast was barely fair. Selected items were not warm. Plastic cutlery was barely usable. There is much better inexpensive plastic vutlery available . Poor cutlery made an OK breakfast only fair as was very inconvenient to eat
