Don't bother running the dishwasher before you leave. We're required to run everything in the cupboards through the dishwasher, so we'll have to run it regardless.
Please don't make any beds you've used, so we know which ones to wash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There are kayaks and paddleboards available for use, but you must sign a waiver of liability and wear life preservers.
Next door neighbors appreciate their privacy. Please observe quiet between 10 PM and 7 AM, and refrain from going on their property.
During the summer, please check with the host before using the fire ring due to county regulations and fire danger.
