The property itself (TB67) was nice and clean. However, I never received any satisfaction after reporting an A/C problem with the unit. It would not cool and would make a loud buzz every minute. It was implied by the front desk that I created the problem by turning it down to a low temp and would reset itself after being off for 24 hrs. It never corrected itself during my 3 day stay and was running that way when I arrived. A setvice technician did arrive to look at it on day 2. It was frozen. But it never reset

This was a little off the beaten path but a good gateway to use for Glacier National Park west entrance. The pricing was better than most chain hotels and the vibe is that of a country club. Located in Columbia Falls out in the woods with the golf course running all through it. First night I was too late to try and club-house for food (closes at 9PM) but they gave me some options for local food.

Not a good experience :( Rooms were not sound proof as stated and I was woken up at 6am by the upstairs occupants walking around it was so loud. I then asked if I could move to an upstairs room for the next two nights and they moved me which was great but to the parking lot view which wasn't as nice as I paid for a golf course view. That night I realized that housekeeping did not clean the shower. There were multiple long black hairs (not mine, I have really short brown hair) attached to the wall of the shower. It was gross. Obviously this was from the previous occupant of the room. I'm not sure how you even get so much hair to stay on the wall like that but anyway.... then for housekeeping you need to put a hang tag on the door by 12pm every day in order for them to make up your room. I placed mine on the door at 11:45am (as I had meetings most of that morning), went out hiking trails all day and evening and when I came back late I could still see the hang tag. They did not make up the room or clean the hair on the wall. I then asked front desk for some more towels and mugs and told them housekeeping didn't make up the room...no apology or anything. Look, the place is pretty cool. Not gonna lie. Nice property. The service just was terrible and kind of ruined my stay. It was especially disappointing as I was hiking trails a lot and just needed a place to relax afterwards...I didn't want to have to get back exhausted & deal with stupid stuff like this. Disappointing for sure.

It was a beautiful property, very quiet and relaxing. Many amenities which we did not have time to take advantage of due to the visiting Glacier National park. Jack and another staff member were really great!!

Outdated but clean and no central a/c

Overall an alright stay with no major complaints! The unit was very clean although outdated. There was no central a/c and only a unit in the upstairs bedroom. The downstairs was sitting about 78-82 degrees during the day and the upstairs bathroom got so warm it melted our deodorant-ha! The stove had an eye not working and the circulation fan in the downstairs bathroom was extremely loud and on its last leg. It is located in a great area and the amenities are very family friendly!!

The studio condo was clean and the bed VERY comfortable, but there were a few maintenance oopses. One of our nice casement windows would not open, and the lights on the outdoor stairwell were burned out (maintenance people did come for the latter. There is no on resort restaurant serving breakfast
