Website description was misleading
The unit itself was wonderful -- clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our time there. But a couple things on the website were misleading/deceiving:
1) We specifically booked at this resort because of a hot tub; we ruled out many others that didn't have a hot tub. So when the tub was merely lukewarm and the jets barely worked, we were not happy. Staff at the desk were semi-apologetic, saying it's a "therapeutic" hot tub, and not what you would think. It was a lame "explanation" for what was basically a hot tub that sucked. Very disappointed in that, since it was a high priority for us.
2) We were also very disappointed to learn that almost everything at the resort was shut down Monday-Wednesday -- the only three full days we were there. The website does not make that clear, and is even misleading in several places. We couldn't do the slide or the chairlift, both of which we were counting on. We likely would have booked different days if that were made clearer or if we were sufficiently warned. You must do a better job at clarifying that for potential renters.
Other than those two very important complaints, again, the unit itself was fantastic.
