This Inn was clean, modern, and quiet — and totally recommendable place to stay in Whitehall or if passing through on the I-90 corridor. Staff was friendly and professional, continental breakfast and available free snacks were good. Would definitely stay again.

Amanda was delightful greeting us as we arrived. The room is spacious and there were snacks and water waiting for us in the room when we arrived. The hotel is quiet, clean, and delightful. We look forward to breakfast!

This place was nothing fancy, its a little older but very clean & quiet. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, in fact everyone we met in this small town was friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Not up to a 9 rating standards.

When I saw it was rated a 9 out of ten and the looking at the picture of the building I went ahead and booked it. If rated a 9 I thought it would be up to par with what I expected. Not so much. The building and rooms are dated. We always check the bed for bed bugs. There were no bed bugs however the mattresses were stained and very thin. The road noise due to the location of the hotel made it hard to get a good nights rest. Outside the door and on the door apron was a lot of sand. Not sure why as it is now summer. I can’t imagine how they can keep the thin rug clean with all the sand on the sidewalk and door apron. The photo on the site for booking is deceiving. We would not stay here again. There is not much else in the area so we had to chose it due to the location. Definitely not a 9 rating more like a 5. We chose not to eat the breakfast after reading some more in depth reviews. They were mixed reviews.
