This property enjoys a fantastic location in the seaside town of Whitstable, right next to the town’s sea wall, only 20 metres from the beach. The town is renowned for its culinary heritage, and there are several local pubs and restaurants less than a mile from the cottage. Spend the day exploring the wide range of independent shops and boutiques or enjoy soaking up the sunshine on the gently sloping shingle beach which is a lovely place to enjoy seaside walks and a paddle in the sea or perhaps even have a go at paddle boarding or kayaking at one of the seafront water sports centres. For those looking to venture further afield take a trip to nearby Canterbury for a spot of history and culture.
Step inside this charming seaside property where you will find a kitchen/diner located on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for creating delicious family meals before sitting down to dine at the table with bench seating for up to seven people. A door from the kitchen/diner leads out to the courtyard garden. Also located on the ground floor is the first of the bedrooms: a single room with a day bed with an additional pull-out trundle, and a Smart TV. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with WC. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor where you will find the comfortable lounge which has partial sea views, two sofas, and an armchair arranged around the Smart TV. Patio doors lead out to the balcony. Also on this floor is a double bedroom decorated in an Alice in Wonderland style and a family bathroom. A further set of stairs leads up to the second floor where there is a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a shower room.
Heading outside you will find a courtyard garden with patio seating and a charcoal BBQ. The first-floor balcony offers a bistro table and chairs.
