The living room includes a queen Murphy bed with a real mattress (no uncomfortable bars).

The Murphy bed is located in the living room, allowing the cabin to comfortably sleep up to four guests.

Holiday Mountain Magic

Beginning mid-to-late November, the cabin is decorated for Christmas, creating a cozy and festive atmosphere for holiday stays in the mountains.

⚠️ Mountain Driving Info

The Smoky Mountains are beautiful because… they are mountains.

Dillsboro begins around 1,975 ft elevation, and mountain roads are typically:

• gravel
• steeper
• narrower and curvier than city roads

There is one steeper gravel hill leading to the cabin.

We regularly drive a Hyundai Sonata up without issue.

Helpful tips:

• maintain a steady speed around 10 mph going uphill
• turn off traction control
• avoid stopping on the hill

AWD vehicles can make the climb easier but are not required.

We provide starter items including:

• hand soap
• dish soap
• laundry items
• paper towels
• basic pantry items
• a few K-cups

Items not provided:

• shampoo
• conditioner
• body wash
• personal toiletries

🚭 House Policies

• No smoking or vaping inside the cabin
• Ashtrays are provided outside
• Smoke odor inside may result in loss of deposit

📄 Booking Requirements

• A Renter Agreement must be signed before check-in
• A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your card 3 days before arrival
• This is a hold, not a charge, similar to hotels

No refunds due to weather conditions.
