Nice and quiet, friendly owners. They run the riff raff off of the property. Rooms are clean, you can tell its just a little out dated but over all great for what you pay for. 9.5/10

Since there were no vacancies in El Dorado, KS, I was very happy to find somewhere to stay in Wichita, KS. The person at the desk was very kind and courteous. The room was clean; the bed comfortable; the pillows/towels were fluffy. The location was great and the price was affordable.

The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere else, please save yourself the trouble and go there instead.

Friendly staff. Good place overall only complaint is the curtains should block the oustside, to thin that people can see in the rooms in the night, other then that it was great place to stay. I will be back in the future.

Could be a lot nicer with cleaning and updates...

The toilet was nearly impossible to flush. It was not clean, desperately in need of some updates, and the deadbolt would not lock on the door. If I had been by myself, I would have worried about safety.

The manager was very rude, made us feel very unwelcome. The room looked like it hasn't been cleaned in decades. The smoke was so heavy on the walls it looked tar running down the walls. It took my husband an hour and a half to clean the bathroom so we could use it. No Amenities and they wouldn't give up the wifi password.
