No free airport transportation - beware!

I chose this hotel specifically because it offered complimentary airport transportation, but when I called the hotel from the airport I was told they no longer offered this. An Uber trip cost over $25. There was a paper notice taped to the front desk stating that they no longer offered airport transport - and dated a month before I made the booking. As of today, a month after my stay, the hotel is still advertising free airport transport on the Hotels.com website.

I don’t know what happened the night or morning while I was there. I had a knock at my door and it was the police. I was so confused as to why they knocked at my door and asked me if I was the only one in my room or if I had any visitors. That was unsettling. I still don’t know why they knocked specifically at my door..?

The hotel advertised hotel shuttle, when we arrived we were told they shut it down a while ago, yet the shuttle van was sitting right in the entryway. We had to call an uber to and from the airport.

Don’t expect the gym area shown in the photos

We chose this place based on the photos of the gym/exercise area. Absolute bait-and switch. The exercise area is nothing like the photos…filthy with a few broken down machines and no free weights shown in the photos.

Never checked in Was informed verbally by Best Western thst they had airport shuttle 24/7 . Upon check in I was informed that they HAD NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE !! Woman behind me @ check in wasn’t happy either about this matter Went across street & stayed @ Double Tree for 2x the $ THAT WHOLE EXPERIENCE W YOUR HOTEL SUCKED
