This hotel is very disappointing. Booked. A sweet Once we arrived, we were told they do not have sweets and have not had them in quite some time. But we're still charged the full price as well as the room was disgusting. There were big blood stains on the mattress. And when we told the management, they seemed to not care 1 bit.

Nope, never again

Although the staff was friendly and polite I would NOT stay here again. I did have a pet and got a pet designated room that they had to check to make sure was ready. I had tears or holes and stains in the sheets and was petrified to even look any deeper. The smoke detector looked like it was falling out of the ceiling. The only reason I didn’t leave was because I had my 97 year old mother in law with me and we had been up since 4 am that day and we were exhausted. I fell asleep clothes on and when I had enough sleep to drive the last 5 hours of our trip , we left. I could not tell you about the breakfast because we left before that was available. The staff was extremely nice.

Reserve this without knowing about it, but was a little put off to see they had a dedicated room for Chinese massage. Parking lot was sketchy enough that it made me want to cancel my reservation and find a better hotel because the back of my truck had valuables in it. Room was OK, one bottle of conditioner sitting on the nightstand and nothing in the bathroom. The bed had a The bed had a sheet and one of those thin blanket covers that is usually for decoration as your blanket but no actual blanket. Overall, just very odd.

The parking lot was trash. At check in the staff did not present a friendly attitude. The rooms were nasty. The room temperature was all over the place. The beds were completely uncomfortable. *The pictures presented on hotels.com were not representative of the hotel. The hotel is dingy. It's by a truck stop and we found out some people entering and leaving were going to a room thats used as a massage parlor. I would not recommend this hotel.

Clean room and bathroom. Non-smoking room had a slight smoke smell. Window blind and curtain were broken and not working properly. Toilet seat slid around. Price was excellent, so you get what you pay for.

The manager who checked us in was fantastic! Smiling, laughing, very helpful, but our room was extremely basic - to the point of no blanket on the bed or in the room. (We promptly received one when we asked). For a quick stop for the night the room was acceptable but we definitely wouldn’t stay longer.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Got tge same room i was in the first stay. Room 203. Beds are nice and comfortable room clean and nice. Very quiet Ill stay there afain for my next appointment with the doctors office.

Clean, convenient and helpful staff

No breakfast but hot coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Needs some maintenance. Musty smell from high heat and air conditioning. Fueling stations and eatery close. Close to Interstate.
