There are no shared indoor spaces, and your entrance is completely separate from the basement.
While the basement is a private area where the hosts (myself or a friend) may occasionally stay, it’s entirely self-contained and does not connect to the main floor. The only shared space is the backyard, which is quiet and rarely used.
This setup is ideal for guests who value independence, peace, and clear boundaries. Whether you're here for work or relaxation, you'll enjoy a clean, quiet, and private stay.
