Pillows were better than Hampton Inn’s but I itched al night under the sheets. Not sure if they are washing with something harsh. Breakfast was what you get at all free ones. Iron didn’t work.

Close to airport, early plane noise

The hotel is close to the airport and this stay the planes were much noisier. Not sure if the flight paths changed but do not remember this issue in June.

Water Bottles

The hotel was located within my venue or events I was attending. I would have expected some water bottles in the room. I left a couple behind for the coffee. The only item that seems to need attention is the caulking around the tub needs work. Why are the entry doors hard to open?

The room was very clean, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The only problem was the tub drained super slow, water would be up to your ankles when you showered, and I forgot to tell the front desk.

WiFi wouldnt connect to devices. Pics of the hotel shows a hot tub but there was no hot tub. The lobby and dining area was extremely hot so was sweating while eating breakfast every morning. Very uncomfortable. I asked the person at the front desk about the WiFi issue and he said he didn’t know how to fix issue. I am very disappointed with my stay here and will not stay here in the future.

Staff was great and breakfast was good. I was very disappointed for the fact I only booked this hotel due to the website saying there was a pool and hot tub which I use for to relax and I have an athlete that uses it also but after his game we went to relax and there was not hot tub at all and the pool was cloudy and ice cold couldn’t even get in we asked the staff and they said they had trouble updating their website also didn’t tell us before our stay that they were under construction during our stay, then the room they initially gave us didn’t even have a tv where the beds were and the toilet tried overflowing so they have us a different room. We checked out early and went to another hotel and we have never done that before holiday inns never usually disappoint.
