Rude hotel clerk. Asked for room on first floor because my wife was coming and she is unable to walk stairs and she was quick to answer with a very stern no. I looked at room wasn’t impressed so I left and didn’t stay

Arrived at the room at 9 pm Ac had probably been off all day and the room was over 100 degrees.The room didn't reach a comfortable temperature till after midnight with Ac on high and mini fridge open all night. I only saw cereal for breakfast after not sleeping much since room was so hot will definitely be choosing another hotel while working in the area.

Comfordable & clean room on the ground floor. Great shower. Bed was a little soft for my taste, but acceptable. Had pancakes and apple juice in the morning. A good value!

Breakfast was good but no protein, except maybe a little in some yogurt. Make your own pancake machine was tasty but small. Coffee and juice were good. Had a washer and dryer to use ($3 for a complete load) so that was a plus. Excellent in the outlet department!!!

Frankly, I was surprised that this location got such high marks from Expedia users. This is really a budget stay. No coffee maker in the room. Thin, uncomfortable pillows and only three of them. Walls were thin, you can hear the slightest noise from adjoining rooms … and I did! Sweet ants in the bathroom. Finding anyone at the front desk is hit or miss, although someone always did show up eventually, and the man at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The shower had GREAT water pressure (increasingly rare at all sorts of hotels); other than the ants, the room was very clean, and the internet was very good, but I would NOT recommend you reserve here, even for a one-night stay. Great location in terms of quick access to the highway, but the neighborhood feels sketchy. “Free breakfast” was cereal, waffles, or yogurt. Nothing else. It’s a low rate to stay there, but you get what you pay for, which in this case was not all that much. I will look elsewhere next time I’m in Wichita.
