The parking and where the lock box is was a little confusing and personally for us the bed was very uncomfortable. The host had great communication and the room matches the pictures.

My stay was great. As someone who is from Wichita, this is a great location. Plenty to do downtown and easy to navigate Wichita from this location. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Wichita area.
