The Sunflower Loft was completed in the spring of 2023. The apartment was constructed using quality materials and professional design principles to insure the space would be both efficent and confortable. The 12 foot tall ceilings and 8 foot tall doors give the space a very open feeling. The kitchen and bath are of the latest design trends using granite, marble, ceramic tile and glass to make the loft feel like a luxury home. The bedroom features a beautiful antique chandelier, king sized bed, closet and large window. The living room has a sliding barn door 4 foot by 8 foot made from quarter sawn oak 2 inches thick. Also, the living room has a 65 inch smart TV, wall art and classy furniture. The washer and dryer insure all the conveniences of home. Located close to restaurants, Intrust Bank Arena, festivals, Old Town Farm & Art Market and museums.
