Dear Robert I am sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay although we received £116.44 for your room. Although the bathroom of your room is being upgraded this winter, the room had been upgraded, sorry you didn’t like the decor. Hope you enjoyed your visit to our lovely area. Warm regards Ellie

Dear Sir I am sorry you did not understand that the apartment you booked would not be in the hotel, we haven’t had this misunderstanding before. The townhouses are used regularly, it was unfortunate that the housekeeper had turned the heating off and she has been spoken to about this. Glad to read you appreciated the transport to and from the townhouse by my husband and we’re well looked after by our daughter. Hope you had a good trip home. Best regards Ellie
