Wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Gegend bietet alles was wir uns wünschen,Meer und Strand, herrliche Landschaft schöne Ortschaften und vielfältige Gastronomie. Darüber hinaus Möglichkeiten für jedes Wetter.Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Haus und Garten sind sehr ansprechend.Mehr Platz im Fahrradschuppen plus Unterstellmöglichkeit für den Fahrradträger wäre super. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen und können sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Eine Woche Entspannung pur!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt…ruhig, strandnah, kurze Wege in die Natur. Parkplatz und Stellplatz für Fahrräder sind super. Die Wohnung selbst ist toll ausgestattet; endlich mal ein Sofa, auf dem zwei Menschen bequem Platz finden. Und das Beste ist natürlich, so Ende Oktober!, die Nutzung der Sauna. Wir konnten eine Woche lang mal so richtig herunterfahren. Vielen Dank dafür!

Kritikpunkte: (1) Kein zweiter Schlüssel für die Wohnung. (2) Beißender Zigarettenrauch im Wohnzimmer und Flur. (3) Verkalkte Armaturen. (4) Kein fließend warmes Wasser (fehlender Druck in den Leitungen. (5) Wackeliger Stuhl. - Die Wohnung ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Straffer Preis für in die Jahre gekommene Ferienwohnung

An erster Stelle muss ich voran schieben, dass wir für den Preis etwas mehr Komfort bzgl. Ausstattung erwartet hätten. Dies bezieht sich explizit auf eine fehlende Fliegen Tür am Balkon, so dass man auch nachts lüften kann. Da im Wohnzimmer die zweite Schlafstätte ist, finde ich das schon unabdingbar. Uns ist aufgefallen, dass in einen anderen Ferienwohnungen mit Balkon eine solche Fliegen-/Mücken-/Insektenschutz-Tür vorhanden war. Des Weiteren ist absolut anzumerken, dass das Bettgestell im Schlafzimmer eines Austausches bedarf. Bei jeder Drehung oder Wendung knarrt das Bett mega laut, dass jeder, der darin schläft oder auch daneben munter ist (es sei denn, man wiegt nur 30 Kilo wie unsere Tochter.). Der Lattenrost im Schlafzimmer wurde auch schon notdürftig mit Klebeband gefixt. Wirklich richtig sauber gemacht wurde von der Reinigungsfirma oder vom Vorgänger auch nicht, unterm Sofa waren noch Flips und im Schlafzimmer war es auch ziemlich staubig. Die Duschtüren bräuchten auch mal eine ordentliche und gründliche Reinigung, Das Toilettenbecken ist auch in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten ist die Ferienwohnung auf den ersten Blick ausreichend sauber und ordentlich und alles, was man braucht, ist da, allerdings müsste das ein oder andere Möbelstück erneuert werden. Auch das Sofa bedarf (gerade in Anbetracht der Zulässigkeit von Haustieren) mal einer Generalüberholung (Polsterreinigung).

perfekte FeWo in ruhiger Lage

gut eingerichtete FeWo mit Balkon, Küche, in der nichts fehlte, Autoparkplatz inclusive, WLAN funktionierte, alle darßhighlits mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Teilweise fehlender Wasserdruck beim Warmwasser.

Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und sauber.

Die absolute Ruhe der Wohnung hat uns begeistert. Die Sauna war zum Entspannen genau das Richtige. Man konnte einfach nur runter kommen. Für uns einfach wunderschön.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön in Darss-Wieck, kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder. Die Betten könnten etwas höher gebaut sein und die Matrazen etwas dicker.Für ältere Personen mit Rückenproblemen nicht so gut.Ansonsten alles andere OK.

Süße Wohnung am Bodden

Die Wohnung war schön und für drei Leute ausreichend groß, die Sauna schön gemacht und größer als erwartet, wenn auch nur mit vorheriger Anmeldung und an bestimmten Tagen nutzbar. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren mit 20€ pro Person etwas teuer. Der Hausmeister Jens ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir waren zu zweit mit zwei Hunden da. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten (WLAN, Handseife im Bad und Geschirrhandtücher) sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Umgebung ruhig und die Lage super. Wir würden wieder kommen

Eine schöne Wohnung zum fairen Preis. Vor allem die ruhige Lage hat uns begeistert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Nutzung des Fahrradschuppens war sehr praktisch. Die Matratzen könnten mal erneuert werden (auch für Gäste mit Normalgewicht schon recht durchgelegen). Die Sauberkeit war ok aber nicht perfekt.
