Set in unspoilt 23 acres of grounds, Merlin’s Cabin looks across open green space, with a beautiful view over the Solway and towards the Scottish hills, perfect for a romantic getaway or a haven for walkers. The unique open plan design is surprisingly spacious and has your comfort in mind, with a large seating area enjoying the views from the French doors which face out over the site. The pod is designed to make sure you have everything you need, including a well equipped kitchen which can provide a perfect breakfast to start the day. There is a double bed and bunk bed for a good night’s sleep, whilst you can revive and refresh in the shower room with a heated towel rail. Outside, you can recline in your very own hot tub under the stars, or inside watch a movie on the TV which is perfectly placed for either the sofa or double bed, whichever you choose you will have a fabulous stay.
The nearby Caldbeck Fells, 4 miles away, are full of adventure and beauty, whilst the Solway Coast, 16 miles, is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is ideal for bird spotting, gentle coastal walks and of course an afternoon tea or ice cream. The nearby village of Caldbeck, 3½ miles, has a shop, restaurant and pub. Beach 17 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 3½ miles.
