Throughout the building, guests benefit from WiFi connectivity, keeping you seamlessly connected during your mountain escape. An EV charging station is available on the property, catering to guests travelling with electric vehicles. A large shared yard surrounds the residence, providing generous outdoor space for relaxation and recreation. Inside the building, a sauna and steam room are available for guest use, with sauna access included 2 times per week both in summer and in winter. Please note that the owner lives in the same residence. The living room is equipped with a dining table, 1 sofabed, and a flat screen TV, offering a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring the surroundings. The kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and also includes a dining table, making the most of the available space. The bathroom consists of a shower with WC, complemented by a separate WC, bringing the total bathroom count to 1 dedicated shower and WC facility alongside an additional separate WC. A private balcony extends the living space outdoors, furnished with balcony furniture and offering a very beautiful view of the mountains.
