Beach Block Wildwood Crest Condo

Welcome to the Palms' Wildwood Crest, NJ Condo. Our beach block condo is located at the Summer Sands Condominiums. The beautiful Wildwood Crest beach does not require beach tags. Each block of the beach has portable his and hers pottys. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented on the beach.

Outdoor amenities for the complex include: 2 heated pools (which include a fenced kiddie area), free assigned covered parking for one car, 5 sundecks with lounge chairs, 6 outdoor gas grills, coin-op laundry, and outdoor shower. Our first-floor unit is located right in front of one of the swimming pools.

Our 446 sq. ft. condo amenities include: 1 BR with two double beds, queen-size sleeper sofa, 1 bathroom with new tub and shower combination, hair dryer, A/C wall unit with 2 ceiling fans, 2 TV's with cable and WiFi, kitchenette with granite countertop, 2 burner stove top, microwave/convection oven, coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, blender, dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, iron and ironing board.

Our location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Wildwood. The boardwalk is less than two miles away and there is a shuttle bus stop located on the corner of our property. An arcade and restaurant are located across the street at the El Coronado. They are open for breakfast and lunch.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Five Mile Beach. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool, laundry facilities, and an arcade/game room. The condo includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.

This was our fifth stay at this property. The location is ideal and is a quiet area of Wildwood Crest. IThe host is gracious and responsive to concerns. It is well maintained and very clean. It allows us to store our bicycles which we use frequently during our stay. The view from the front sundeck is beautiful.

Beach Blast soccer weekend

Nice, clean & quiet place. Perfect for me, my wife and daughter who were in town for the beach blast soccer tournament. Neighbors and property managers were very nice. Kim was quick to reply with a few questions we had. Would definelty stay here again.

Good stay but

Great location and unit is as-advertised. My only issue is that some of our cleaning deposit was not refunded because their cleaning service said there was sand all over the unit. We took great care to make sure that wasn’t the case and that we left it in the same condition we found it. This has never happened to us after staying in dozens of rentals over the years, so it was a surprise when the owner told us we wouldn’t be getting our entire refund.

This condo sleeps six people, but it is very tight if you have six adults. It was perfect my kids and I while attending a soccer tournament. I like that Wildwood Crest was out of the business of Wildwood and that we were right on the beach. The parking lot was tight, but everyone was really helpful & friendly. I would go back again.

Our Favorite Spot!

My family and I stay here every year for Memorial Day weekend and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. The convenience to the beach, the boardwalk and especially the pool right in front of our unit makes for a carefree weekend getaway with our children. The unit is always clean when we come in and has the perfect set up for the cozy little spot!!
