This 3BR, 2BA home, in The Village of Citrus Grove, is perfect for your getaway. Enjoy life as a Villager as you jump in your golf cart and visit the many squares where there is nightly entertainment, numerous restaurants, and shops. Additionally, you can go to Edna's On the Green for live music under the oak trees while watching or playing the pitch-and-putt golf course. There are so many amenities in The Villages: pools, golf courses, pickleball and restaurants. You won't be bored here!

Citrus Grove Veranda's.

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.


Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)

This is a PET FRIENDLY HOME. Max of 2 dogs. No Cats. Pet fee is $150 Per Pet

Golf Cart Fee is $100 at the time of booking.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

Perfect for our transition to TV

We stayed in Squeeze the Day for 3 weeks while waiting to close on our house - The location was perfect for us, also short distance to Sawgrass Grove for entertainment, restaurants and rec facilities. The home was very clean and adequately equipped. The fenced backyard was perfect for our pooch. Golf car was a plus!

Veranda in Citrus Grove

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this 3 bedroom Veranda. The home was very accommodating for a month-long visit. The screened-in patio was nice to sit in and our pets enjoyed the walled-in, grass back yard.

1440 Paxton Ct

This home was great for our two-week stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the fenced in yard was a nice touch because we had our little dog with us. Everything was clean and stocked with supplies to get us started for our stay. The location was out too far from Brownwood and Sawgrass was perfect for quick jaunts. The rental management was very helpful and nice to work with.

Nice location

Overall a great stay just day one we had to clean and dust (dog hair and spiderwebs). But other then those items everything else was very clean. Well stocked kitchen with average items but there was no pizza pan. Fenced yard was great for our little Pebbles but does have holes in some areas that she could get out if she wanted (could live without the nightly toad lol). Very quite and great neighbors too! Property manager was very fast to respond. It is on the far end of the neighborhood and is a long golf cart drive to the shopping centers. But we would still stay here again!
