Be sure to grab the permit from inside the condo and hang it on your rearview mirror to avoid tickets. If the spot in front of the house is taken, you can temporarily block the second driveway on the right side of the building (next to the outdoor staircase) to unload your luggage and grab the permit before parking elsewhere.
Important: A lost permit will incur a $400 replacement fee.
