Not what I expected

Listing states that there are 4 bedrooms, there are not. I’m assuming host is counting pullout sofa as a bedroom but when traveling with a family, we can’t lose the only common area. Listing photos made it appear that there is a fenced in yard. A large piece of the fence at driveway was missing so we couldn’t let the dog out without a leash. Otherwise, property is nice and not too far from beach and boardwalk
