Home includes an enclosed Lanai, full kitchen and great furnishings. Enjoy all the amenities of the Marianna Villas including golf, pickleball & pools. Walk to Eisenhower or Big Cypress recreation centers. Choose from three great executive golf courses all within a three minute golf cart ride.

The Villages Florida offers over 119 pools, 56 golf courses, 4,000 clubs and live entertainment throughout the four village squares, Sawgrass, Edna's and multiple restaurants.

Our courtyard Villa offers:

Paul was a great host. Took care of the Villages pass on short notice. Even invited me to a party in the neighborhood. Doesn't get any better! Good instructions and helpful info was provided. The house is nicely appointed and very comfortable and clean. Gets nice sunlight starting early and thru the day. Kitchen is pretty standard with a big fridge. Location is within walking distance of the Eisenhower Rec Center and close to Brownwood Square. I enjoyed the living spaces indoor and outdoor. Really liked the sliders in the Florida room. Had a great air flow. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
