First, I will say that we had a great time. Great location, clean, and the porch was nice. Should be noted that the linen fee they mention is $275. If you also plan to use the bathroom, wash your hands, or take a shower you should also factor in these costs. There was 1-2 days of tp provided, no hand soap in either bathroom, and no shower supplies at all. The nickel and diming was irritating, but great location. You can probably find a better place.
