The staff misled me twice—once the day before I arrived and again at check-in—saying the hot tub and pool were available when they were not. When I checked for myself, there was no sign of “tile maintenance” as claimed: no tools, and neither the pool nor hot tub was drained. It seemed more like staff didn’t want to monitor swimmers that evening. With no amenities, my wife and I had nothing to do but sit in our room watching TV. At check-in, we were told breakfast was from 7–10 a.m., but the next morning it wasn’t ready until 8. Staff seemed confused and at times rude. For example, I was told the bikes were unlocked, only to find them locked. I had to return, then carry a bike out from a pile while the employee watched without offering help, putting my back at risk. I would not return to this hotel.
