The staff was friendly, the facilities were spotless, and every detail of the stay felt well taken care of. From check-in to our last night, everything was close to perfect. The only downside came on the day of checkout. Room service kept knocking and checking in multiple times before our scheduled departure, which felt a bit intrusive and disrupted what should have been a relaxed end to an otherwise flawless stay. That being said, I would still highly recommend this hotel. If they could improve the checkout experience by giving guests a bit more space and time, it would truly be a five-star experience.

The windows could use sound proofing. As the patpk is outside and there were air brakes all night. Also the breakfast offered should have mentioned it was continental only. That was very disappointing

I had a wonderful stay at Spark by Hilton in Wilkes-Barre! The beds were incredibly comfy, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Everything was spotless — the rooms and common areas were kept very clean, which I really appreciated. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile.
