Nota solamente para EXPEDIA: Si no publican las evaluaciones que Uds. mismos me solicitan, pues no me vuelvan a preguntar. No me hagan perder más tiempo. Muy lento el registro; me dieron en planta baja un cuarto (101) chico y desaseado/no había elevadores y me cambiaron a otro en planta alta (204) muy chico, del lado mád asoleado y muy caliente, con horrible aroma a desodorante barato, como para tapar olores de mascotas y de cigarro (entre otras cosas…), había pelos en las sábanas…guácale. Expedia debería negociar mejores habitaciones para sus clientes habituales, o arriesgarse a perderlos en manos de su competencia. Hotel viejo con administración sin estándares de calidad. Poco eficientes. Les URGE un sistema sólido de calidad, de mejora contínua.

Check-in staff was very nice and helpful, but communication between front desk and housekeeping was apparently nonexistent and there were no "Do not Disturb" hang tags. Housekeeping knocked on the door after 8am, and didn't know we were checking out at 11. Half of the lights in our room didn't work, and there was nowhere to hang clothes. The front room furniture was very stained and grubby -- overdue for replacement. Wouldn't stay here again.

When we got to 1st room it was terrible not clean smelled of smoke and really quite mess. We were going and hotel manger and showed us another room and we decided to take it. It was much cleaner but a lot excessive noise outside are room all night long. So for reason we would not stay there again manger did the best she could for us.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Room was horrible. I did not even stay, and I couldn’t get a refund. So run down, not even sure why the place is still open. The pictures on the website are not a true depiction of actual. Stay somewhere else!

Only some of the items listed on the fridge were available for breakfast and the milk was souring. I had requested a downstairs room nine months earlier. However, when I arrived at about 5:30 p.m. the only two remaining downstairs rooms hadn't been cleaned yet!

Wonderful staff

Nicest staff ever! Helpful and accommodating. Water was shut off overnight with toilet not working in am. Not a big deal to me. Room very clean except floor could have used sweeping.

Convenient but best for 1 night only

Convenient off I10 and near Safeway and restaurants. Interior was quiet but a lot of flies. Spent 1st hour killing around 30 flies. Once those were eliminated, the TV was food and bed comfortable.
