Located on the quiet secluded Palapa Beach Resort in Jan Thiel. Snorkeling/diving right outside your patio. Quiet pool with fantastic view of Spanish Water bay. We are a gated resort with 24 hour secruity. Beach is free to use, we provide beach towels and beach chairs. Washing Machine in unit. Air Conditioning in every room. 3 waterfront restaurants in walking distance. Marina with activity rentals right across the street. Vrbo currently has our location pin on the map wrong. Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn the air conditioners and close the doors when you leave. Empty the trash. The dumpsters are in the large parking lot next to the entrance gate.
Leave dirty towels in the bathroom. Leave the sheets on the bed as the beds are different sizes and it helps are cleaners sort the laundry. No other cleaning is needed. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
