I stayed for six days for a girls trip in March 2025. We had a deluxe suite. The rooms were spacious, clean and stocked with everything we needed. We did need European power adapters which we brought along but they handled our phones, laptops, kindles and everything no problem. The hotel has an amazing pool in the back that gets shade in the afternoon for a perfect cool-off. The Reef Cafe had amazing breakfasts and drinks. Just a short walk to Mambo beach for swimming, shopping and restaurants as well as access to many other nearby hotels for other dining options. We had a rental car so the free parking was a perk and the hotel was easy to find! We absolutely loved our time at Dolphin and are already looking at next year.

Perfect home base for our stay. Loved having the two bedrooms and kitchen for some quick and easy meals. Everything was clean and modern. Parking was easy, either there at the hotel or in the lot next to it for $3 (which the hotel reimburses you for)

We had a horrible experience at this hotel and DO NOT recommend anyone to stay here. The grounds are nice but the hotel has issues and the staff is mostly rude. We were on the ground floor and the walkout door did not lock. We asked Front Desk to fix it and they said it'll be on the list for maintenance the next day. We did not feel safe, so we looked for a stick to add to the door so it wouldn't open. The next day they did come and 'fix' it but it failed the following day so we kept the stick. Our AC kept failing (a common problem at this hotel, our neighbours had the same issue) and on our 2nd to last day, they told us we had to change rooms! We were shocked - no apology for the inconvenience. We explained we have a ton of gear, most of it still wet from diving, and our days were packed so we had no time for packing, could they just move the incoming guests for one night until we were out, they said no. They moved us to a horrible room, the bathroom had no sink, there was no lighting in the bathroom either except for an ambient light, no hair dryer. Ok, I get sometimes things come up, but the way they dealt with it was unprofessional. Martine the manager was rude, cold and showed no compassion. They could've offered a glass of wine at the bar, a breakfast, something to show they were sorry about the inconvenience. Nothing. Other guests we met were also moved on their last night. NEVER AGAIN, so many nicer hotels in the area.

Our stay was excellent! The room was spectacular and beautifully appointed. The grounds were well kept and the pools were perfect. We loved the location relative to Mambo Beach, just a skip across the road, yet away from the party night life. Well done!

We've just came back from a 9-night stay at Dolphin Suites and everything was excellent. Even before we arrived we have been organizing part of our trip with them through WhatsApp, such as the tour to Klein Curacao and looking for affordable car rental (DO plan ahead of time and reserve your rental prior to arrival as during high season you'll find that there's not much available). The staff has been always attentive to our needs and resolved them promptly, not that we have a lot of them but the ones we had were solved as described. If you are not intending to look for a hotel near or in Willemstad, I'd say try Mambo Beach and Dolphin Suites instead: it's 1 1/2 miles away from downtown so it's close enough. To get to the most popular beaches in Curacao it may add you 10 more minutes of travel time as opposed to staying in down town. We didn't mind it at all. Dolphin Suites does have limited parking space within the hotel's premises, but it has a private parking lot next to it that will charge you USD 3 every time you park. However, the hotel we'll reimburse you every single time once you present the pay receipt. The hotel has an arrangement with the Madero Ocean Club at Mambo Beach, so you get free passes to the beach and their sun beds. They also give you beach towels for free that you can take with you as you visit all of Curacao's beaches. The Reef's Cafe at the hotel serves breakfast for an extra charge that is really good, and I'd say of better quality than the ones ser

I really like this hotel and I would not hesitate to stay here again and again. The staff were friendly and helpful and made you feel like a friend rather than a customer. The rooms are large and comfortable and ours had a full kitchen which was nice. The small restaurant serves breakfast and lunch and the food was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. It is very close to many restaurants and bars and a small, overpriced, shopping area. They all run along a beach area that is accessible to hotel guests but often gets crowded during the day. The pool area is lovely and quiet most of the time, and it’s wheelchair accessible, truly a gift for those who need it. It has an accessibility pool lift that is easy to use and lots of pool floats and water hammocks etc for everyone to use. I was happy to spend the majority of my last stay reading on the pool ledge. Curaçao is a lovely island, and I hope to come back many times and I hope to stay at dolphin suites when I do.

We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Suites. We were a disappointed that we didn't have a cooktop in our room as we brought food to cook but we managed. The location is great, near the aquarium, beach, shopping and restaurants. One weird thing was that we were never issued washcloths. I don't know if that's common throughout the island but it was inconvenient when taking showers. Staff was wonderful.

The hotel is walking distance to Mambo beach, but in a quiet area. Our suite was spacious and had a nice view, and we enjoyed our morning coffee with the sound of the local troupials. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sanne is probably the most pleasant host we have ever met - thank you for making our stay so enjoyable 🙂.

Stay here. You will love it

I was concerned because I wasn’t sure what the set up of our room would be like. It was actually perfect. Two bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 twin beds). A decent sized living/dining/kitchen. And a good sized deck. Everything was brand new and sparkling clean. The property is very pretty, with a lot of spaces to gather and relax. The restaurant was good. Extremely friendly staff at hotel and restaurant. You do have to walk across the street and through another property and down the beach a bit to get to the reserved chairs, so that’s kind of awkward. But we didn’t mind. Mambo Beach is also very nice, and not loud like we had worried. Overall, a perfect stay. We were sad to leave.

I really enjoyed the property's location, near the beach and lots of restraunts in the sand and on the water. The staff were really nice. It was also convient to have parking included. I believe they use a laundry company and we had to exchange our sheets several times to get a clean set (one set had shoe marks, another had a streak of something). Upon check in they did not give us the upgraded top floor room that we booked and we did not realize till a couple days later. They then upgraded us, but I didn't like that it got missed at check in. The garden, pool and parking lot sides of the hotel are pretty quiet, but the ocean view side can hear music some nights from across the street. All in all I would love to stay there again.
