A wonderful cozy apartment for bachelor, student or a new couple that want to be up under each other. A nice clean and veey practical apartment with tv, dining area kitchenette, deroom with batbroom. An extra study area.

Bedroom has linen and airconditioning sleeps comfortably 2 people on a king size bed.wall cabinet, back door direct to the tree garden.

Wifi available and pagatinu ( self upload) electricity. This apartment is in a building witj total 6 spacious appartments on a safe and secure property in a good neighnorhood walking distance from restaurñants, laundry, pharmacy, lab, gasstation, medical center, supermarkets, beach, mc donald, salons, mambo, sea aquarium and shops.

Parking in doors with remote control. No smoking allowed in the appartment and desufnated smoking spot. Organised parking and garbage bins.

You have to take out your own garbage and put in designated bin.Outdoors is kept clean by owner. Addirional guests are not allowed in this appartment due to limited space.
